   De spanning wordt tot het uiterste opgevoerd, treurige gang van zaken. Die potentiële investeerder gaat natuurlijk lekker achterover leunen. Kan me niet voorstellen dat ze de keuze uit meerdere partijen hebben.

   Affimed staat bij Gilde Healthcare nog steeds in de existing portfolio. Het wachten is op de komende uitkomsten van de AFM13 trials: als de Anderson resultaten herhaald kunnen worden is er volgens Gilde sprake van een "transformational" medicijn. Kunnen ze dat in Q2 bewijzen? Zo ja dan zou het vinden van aanvullende financieringen mogelijk moeten zijn, zo lijkt men ook bij Gilde te denken (kopie van de Gilde site):

   Voor (gecorrigeerd voor de RS) $40 per aandeel.
   Daar staan ze nu dus op 98% verlies.

   Bij Gilde hadden en hebben ze kennelijk zo veel vertrouwen in de medicijnen van Affimed dat ze een 98% daling lijdzaam hebben geslikt. Gilde zal nu de grootste stategische aandeelhouder zijn na het vetrek van Ridgeback. Als die Leland ook zijn laatste schip verbrand , is hij wel erg dom bezig. Het gekke is dat Artiva binnen een jaar ook afgedaald is van $16 naar $2. Als AFM13 volgens kenner Gilde zo waardevol is, waarom is dan ook de koers van de partner van Affimed in het put aangeland? Het wachten is op de ASCO data deze maand (22 mei).

    As a consequence, the members of the management board of the Company have determined in respect of the Company and the managing directors of Affimed GmbH have determined in respect of Affimed GmbH that the companies are overindebted (Überschuldung). The management of the Company and the management of Affimed GmbH have determined with regards to the respective company that they must file for insolvency under German law.
    
    Following such determination, on May 13, 2025, the members the management board of the Company filed for the opening of ordinary insolvency proceedings over the assets of the Company and the managing directors of Affimed GmbH filed for the opening of ordinary insolvency proceedings over the assets of Affimed GmbH with the local court of Mannheim in Germany.     eens en ook maar mijn Affimed aandelen verkocht vandaag. Voor Arrowhead hoop ik dat het opkrabbelen nog lang verder mag aanhouden.

    Dit is pijnlijk, al vraag ik me af of er niets meer van hoop is? Al is het maar een goedkope overname.
    
    Voor de Patiënten voor wie dit levens reddend is dit nog veel erger.

    Er is wellicht nog hoop.
    Voor patienten weet ik niet.
    Vraag mij af wat er terecht gaat komen van de AFM13 trial met Artiva.
    Antwoorden gaan vast nog komen.
    
    Maar verder is een delisting volgens mij wel echt dodelijk is voor de koers.
    Ik heb nog niet meegemaakt dat een fonds dat bij mij op OTC terecht kwam nog iets opleverde.
    Maar goed, eens moet de eerste keer zijn.

    Yep, t/m volgende week maandag de tijd om te verkopen.
    Daarna zullen ze wel naar nul gaan, tenzij er er ergens een reddingsboei gevonden gaat worden.

    Affimed, triest verhaal. Even in mijn Affimed historie gezocht. Op 8/9/2021 destijds het grootste deel van mijn positie verkocht. Onder Hoess ging het op een bepaald moment hard de verkeerde kant op. Een R/S actie doet een toko ook vaak geen goed. Ik heb overigens biotech al lang niet meer in mijn porto.
    Die komen er ook niet meer in ;-) Het ooit zo eens zwaar bewierookte Arrowhead heeft ook harde klappen opgelopen.
    Dat is nu ook een biotech casino aandeel. Benieuwd hoe dat af gaat lopen.
    Uiteindelijk is flink spreiden in je porto zeer belangrijk.

    Al zit ik al een tijdje niet meer in affimed, ik zal de commentaren/ analyses/ beslommeringen missen. Ik heb altijd wel de hoop gehouden voor de die-hards in dit forum, dat jullie uiteindelijk wel rendement zouden maken. Jammer.
    Hopelijk dat arwh wel brengt wat de verwachtingen ervan zijn.
