   I am a Chinese work and live in NL, that’s why I could provide you information about Ebusco from the Chinese websites and translated for you guys. I am following news in Dutch, English and the management team’s activities. I have shares of Ebusco, I am hoping Ebusco can turnaround.
   I didn’t get the point why the price went high last two days so I think some shorters were fishing.

   There is no substantial change in short positions since 25 march. Besides there is no big intrest in shorting in Ebusco anymore because it is far to risky now.

   Met een importtarief van China naar de USA van 104% heeft China Europa harder nodig dan ooit. Dit kan wellicht positief uitpakken voor Ebusco.

   Do you know of the Chinese have enough information now to produce there own bus for half the price?

   Komt te laat.
   
   Misschien nog ná de doorstart dit najaar. Maar die profit gaat niet meer naar de huidige aandeelhouders.

    With the new tariffs, the Chinese producers desperately need European market. Gotion share price slumped. Severe Competitions in battery and EVs need those battery giants vertically integrate with the supply chain.
    As long as Ebusco is not playing around with the bankruptcy, you will see the buses .

    I already mentioned you are the smartest guy on this forum.
    I don,t live nearby Ebusco in Deurne , so I can not provide you of any information from that particular corner.
    What I saw yesterday on the site of the company, they are looking for 16 new members of the staff to support the resorrection of Ebusco.
    We as the shareholders of Ebusco, we like such a news so it might give the stock prices a boost.
    We are longing for good news from China.

    @HFL; Ebusco keeps adding vacancies as people are leaving the company at a faster rate than they can deliver buses. My source within Ebusco tells me there is still quite a lot of chaos; nobody knows from each other what they are doing because of the high pace of employee turnover. And bus conversions also keep changing causing a lot of inefficiencies and delays. This is unfortunately proven by the need of extra liquidity for which CMC has been contacted; could you tell more about this company? Also the 3.0 buses which should be delivered end of Q1 this year are delayed into this quarter, proving Ebusco is still not in control of their production.
    
    Also a lot of people leave as they don't believe in the future of Ebusco anymore or do not agree with the 0% salary increase they got for this year, which is why they are leaving.

    Dat salaris is dan nog maar het topje van de ijsberg. Moet je voorstellen dat je constant ideeën geeft en constant probeert alles goed uit te voeren en te zorgen dat het allemaal op elkaar aansluit. Dan wordt overruled omdat het niet snel genoeg gaat maar er wel wordt verwacht dat de kwaliteit van het werk 100% is?
    
    Mocht dat niet zo zijn is er geen realisatie dat het ligt aan de druk op snelheid en kwantiteit maar wordt de schuld neergelegd als wijze van incompetentie.
    
    Dat is op de lange termijn zo dodelijk. Niet alleen voor de interne sfeer maar dat zie je ook terug in het verloop. En zeker nu de vaste kern ook weg aan het gaan is.....er is niks meer bekend joh.

    Geen idee wat de koers nog relatief hoog houdt.
    
    Speculeren lijkt mij de meest logische.
    
    Staat op de rand van faillissement en nettowinst lijkt vooralsnog een onmogelijkheid. Laat staan dat er ooit dividend betaald wordt.
    
    En er dan nog 40 cent voor betalen?

    The CMC is China National Machinery Import and Export Corporation,??CMC. It’s a Chinese national company.
    I have no doubt the 3.0 or the newer versions will be designed by Ebusco in NL, the rests will be in China. Ebusco design, doing sales and after sales in Europe. In other countries, will be done by local distributors. Do you guys know Lely farm machinery?
    If CMC is willing to put money in Ebusco, guys this should be a good sign.
